Ошибка при создании администратором нового покупателя с заказом (v2.4.1)

У меня частая необходимость возникает: покупатель делает заказ по телефону... и чтоб потом его мне внести в магазин, то создаю нового покупателя - это все проходит нормально... хотя писем почему-то они не получают... хоть и установлена галочка - собщить на адрес... а при попытке создать заказ для покупателя, после добавления товаров, при нажатии - обновить(сохранить) выдает невнятную ошибку... в результате покупатель остается с нулевым количеством заказа... что это? как исправить? может неправильно делаю что-то? вот мой магазин - _ttp://universam-msk.ru/ помогите пожалуйста
